Competition Terms &
Conditions

Please review the official guidelines and eligibility criteria for the SJS Christmas Colouring Competition below.

1. Competition Eligibility

• Entry is free and open to participants of all ages.
• Participants must enter the age category corresponding to their age on the date of entry.
• Entrants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Employees of SJS Property Partners and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Age Categories and Prizes

Four prizes will be awarded, with one winner selected from each category:
• Ages 0-5: $200 gift card
• Ages 6-10: $200 gift card
• Ages 11-15: $200 gift card
• Ages 16 and over: $200 gift card

Total prize pool: AUD $800.
Each winner will receive one gift card valued at AUD $200. Gift card provider, expiry and redemption conditions will be disclosed before the competition is launched.

3. Entry Conditions

• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Entries must use the official SJS Christmas Colouring Competition artwork.
• Entries must be the entrant's own colouring work.
• Parents or guardians may provide age-appropriate assistance, but the colouring should substantially reflect the entrant's own efforts.
• All entries must be received by Wednesday, 16 December 2026.
• No purchase, property appraisal, referral or marketing subscription is required to enter.
